Need to power up your brain? What is Intelligence and Can I become Smarter?

Dear Friends,

I attended Dr Chen and Dr EE session last weekend and had a fruitful session. She shared about intelligence and how is linked to our brain cortex.

I learned that we can protect and nourish the brain cortex with wholesome plant food. Our kids can perform better in their studies when their brain cortex is protected.


Diet plays a part in children intelligence. Food that are high in omega 6 like fried food, oily food and fast food can damage the neurons.

Here, I would like to share a sharing by one of our customer who took NI food.


Florance has never thought that her daughter (who is in secondary school now) would score straight 5As in her recent exam as she has never scored any grades near to A before.

We learn that when we give our brain the right food nourishment, exercise and sleep we can enhance our learning ability, including concentration and memory as well as manage the stress.
