Homemade macaroni soup recipe

Today we had macaroni soup for lunch using macademia nut oil and vegecolours powder

Ingredients:-

1 slice of pork, chopped into small pieces for faster cooking.
Assortment of vegetables: 1 large yellow onion, garlic, 1 carrots, 1 packet of snap peas and 1 packet of mushroom.
Water with some milk.
Pasta (macaroni or other preferred shapes)
Macademia oil - (Omega 3: Omega 6 ratio 1:1 - very healthy)


























Vegecolours powder- 28 types of freeze dried vegecolours powder.


















Directions:-

1. Chop or dice all the ingredients, cook the pork with onion, garlic, carrot, snap peas and mushroom using macademia oil.
2. Add macaroni, raise the heat to high, stirring often until macaroni is cooked.
3. Stir in milk to boil and simmer.
4. Before serving add in vegecolours powder. It is also a way to include loads of vegetables in our diet.

We season with some salt for adults.
