How do I get to know Nutritional Immunology?

I graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy in year 2001.

After spending a decade in the corporate world as an accountant both locally and in the United States, I decided to resign from my job to become a homemaker.

It wasn’t a straight forward decision for me to become a stay-at-home mum as I was enjoying my work very much.

However, due to the poor health condition of my child, William, I decided to be with him full time, instead of sending him to the childcare.

William is my second child, aged 5 years old now. I’m blessed with 2 other lovely children, Rachel age 7 and Kevin age 2.

At a tender age of just 3 months, William was practically ill every other week. Just like most parents, my husband and I did our best to seek a cure for him. From the recommended General Practitioner (GPs) to allergy/asthma specialist doctor, William’s health did not improve to a satisfactory level.

We decided to stop sending him to the childcare centre so that I could nurture him back to health from home.
I started to seek alternative medical treatment such as pediatric massage and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) , however, the above was not able to react fast enough to alleviate his symptoms such as having lots of mucus, shortness of breath and chest discomfort. At the end, we ended up relying on western medication for faster relief.

As the days went by, my frustrations grew. William continued to fall sick despite taking care of him myself.
I continued to seek for a better remedy for William. Blessed enough,  I get to learn about the science of Nutritional Immunology through my husband’s colleague.

Upon learning more about this prevention science, I have finally found the key to good health, that is through nourishing our immune system with the correct nutrients from wholesome superfood.

After adopting Nutritional Immunology lifestyle for just a short period of time, my family and I have benefited greatly from this science.

My 3 children have not been on medication or visited a doctor for the past one year. They are growing up healthily and happily.

My husband is full of vitality despite the long working hours and able to help out at home after work, unlike in the past where he would be exhausted at the end of the day.

For myself, I have never felt healthier =)

Most importantly, I have learned to be a wiser consumer, to choose the best food for my family for their good health.

So here am I, my mission is to spread this wonderful science so that we can live healthily and enjoy a quality lifestyle.
